Upon completion of one year's employment with Dorset Software, staff are able to join the company contributory pension scheme.

Training

All new starters follow a comprehensive structured training programme.  Additionally, we ensure that all staff keep-up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies with ongoing training relevant for their role.

Company Sponsored Events

Dorset Software organises a range of events for members of staff. Previous events include a boat party, sky-diving, sailing, murder mystery dinner and a helicopter lesson.

Additional Qualifications

Dorset Software encourages and offers support to staff interested in undertaking additional qualifications including studying for an MBA or becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
