Poole-based custom software solutions provider Dorset Software is in the midst of a year-long recruitment drive aiming to attract high achievers from the UK's top universities. In response to high demand for intelligent, well-trained software development consultants and to help fuel continued growth, Dorset Software is looking to recruit analytical maths, science, engineering and computing graduates to train as Software Developers for both its Poole and London offices. Following a comprehensive training programme in the leading development tools and technologies, the new recruits will work with blue chip and public sector clients including Waitrose, RM, Clarks and the NHS Litigation Authority around the UK.
The recruitment drive will see an increase of 25% in employee numbers. Dorset Software's Managing Director, Jonathan Gerson, comments, "Our developers are currently in very high demand.
