Microsoft Dynamics Showcase

As an IT consultancy we always promote the productivity gains that are realised by integrating systems across a client's organisation. Over the last 12 months we have been working on an internal initiative to prove the case of integrated systems. At the end of 2009 we started working with Microsoft to deploy GP2010 as the lynchpin of a centralised enterprise management system.

The finished system links Microsoft OCS, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and custom applications to give staff instant access to relevant information.  As part of this, we've removed the need for costly telecoms equipment and improved our client communication. At the same time the detail and accuracy of management information has drastically improved.
