so when it comes to providing support contracts, our credentials
are impeccable!
To give you an idea of the services we can provide, a sample contract
description is set out below. However, the range of options we offer is very
flexible and we are happy to tailor our contracts to match your individual
needs.

Sample Contract
Cost: £30 per year
Fax, e-mail and postal support: Unlimited
Phone support: 30 minutes (minimum 10 minutes per call)
Additional Service (available to users with support
contracts)
Cost: £1 per minute
Phone support: (minimum 5 minutes per call)
Please note that support costs are payable prior to the commencement of the
contract.
