1) Can you send out a CD before payment?
We require payment before sending out a CD, we can provide a pro-forma invoice if necessary. The reason we can sell the CD at such a low cost is that we don't need to hire somebody to chase up payment.

2) How much do you charge for training?
For a one day course, we charge £1000 for a maximum of eight people and £100 extra per additional attendee. If machines need to be setup, there would be a machine setup cost. Depending on the location of the training venue, there might be an additional travelling cost payable.

3) What is the password for Default User?
By default, it's "Password".

4) What are the hardware requirements?
Recorder runs under a 32 bit Windows operating system (Windows '98 , Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP), so you will need to have a machine capable of running one of these operating systems - a Pentium 800MHz processor (or better) with 512MB or more of RAM is desirable for the best results. You will also need an 800 x 600, 256 colour graphics card (or better).

5) How do I install Recorder?
Recorder is installed via a CD-ROM. A stand-alone installation occupies about 200MB of hard disk space.
