Due to expansion we need an Analyst Tester to join our QA team to ensure all of our software meets our stringent standards before it is delivered to the client.

As an Analyst Tester you are involved in testing a number of systems using a range of testing methodologies, including our bespoke in-house testing methodology and individual client's standard testing methodologies.  Testing assignments may be in-house or at client sites across the UK, exposing you to different environments and enabling you to grow quickly within your role as Analyst Tester.

Responsibilities

You are involved in the various stages of the software development life cycle including:

• Planning the level of testing to be performed.
• Writing test summary report user documentation.
• Running tests and assisting with client User Acceptance Testing.
• Mentoring junior testers.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum 2:1 degree in Maths, Science, Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6 months to 2 years experience in testing.
• Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally.
• Great time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
