Infrastructure and Systems Engineer

We are recruiting for bright and analytical Infrastructure and Systems Engineers to work alongside the existing team.

The team is responsible for implementing new systems and supporting the varied and challenging daily requirements of our developers in-house including Windows 7, Vista, Exchange, SQL Server, Virtual Servers, Active Directory and OCS.  In addition, our engineers are responsible for designing, building and supporting environments for our clients based across the UK.

With a relevant 1st or 2:1 degree, you have spent at least one year working in a systems or hardware environment, either post qualification or on a placement. Experience in a minimum of one technology outlined above is essential and any additional areas would be an advantage. Full on-the job training is provided to give you the broad range of skills required to succeed.

Confident working on your own or as part of a team, you are organised, methodical, have excellent time management and problem solving skills and are willing to travel.

Recruitment Criteria

  • Relevant Degree
  • One year's work experience in a hardware or software environment
  • Understanding of MS technologies, networking, Active Directory and SQL Server desirable
